Billing questions
What counts as a store pair?
One Production store and the one store it clones into — a staging store, or an expansion store for another market.
How does the free trial work?
Every store gets 14 days, from its first install. Try everything on up to 10 products you pick, or choose a plan right away: the days left stay free, and Shopify starts billing by itself when they run out, so nothing stops in between.
Do development stores pay?
No. Shopify never bills development stores, so while you build you can use any plan up to Pro for free. Agency needs a live store.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Billing goes through your Shopify invoice.
Can one plan cover several stores?
Yes. The store that pays offers its plan to your other pairs from inside the app, and each pair's owner accepts. You pay once.
What happens if my catalog outgrows my plan?
Everything you've cloned stays. To start a new clone from a bigger catalog, move up a plan — the change goes through Shopify's billing.
What support is included?
Every plan, including the free trial, gets email support at [email protected]. Pro and Agency can also chat with us from Help › Contact support inside the app. Either way, send us a clone or sync report and we'll look at it with you.
How does the waitlist discount work?
Join the waitlist with your email and you get 50% off any plan for your first 12 months on monthly billing. We'll email you a code when Cartsella Studio is ready for your store; enter it on the Plans page in the app.
